The Prente is a holiday home that is part of a converted former farm where owners Erwin and Solange now live. The holiday home is an old barn restored with respect for the original property and is the result of thirty years of love and attachment to the unique "terroir" of Heuvelland. The Prente exudes vastness, nature, countryside and tranquility.
The comfortable holiday home offers sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people, spread over three bedrooms each with a walk-in shower, sink and separate toilet. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, aperitif corner, dining area and lounge. The spacious landscaped courtyard with terrace is equipped with tables and chairs, BBQ facilities with gaz and a separate petanque area.
Weekend 2 nights: from Friday 16h00 to Sunday 10h00. Weekend 2 nights is not bookable for Easter weekend, May 1st weekend, Pentecost weekend, Christmas weekend and New Year weekend. These weekends are only bookable for 3 nights (from Friday to Monday)
Weekend 3 nights: from Friday 16h to Monday 10h.
Midweek 4 nights: from Monday 16h to Friday 10h.
Week 7 nights: from Friday 16pm to Friday 10am.

Hospitality is in our DNA. From 1983 until 2013 we gave our best in the hotel industry, of which eight years in Damme and 22 years in Kemmel. We now wish to continue this in our new project De Prente. We want to pass on some of that love and that terroir to the people that stay with us, by letting them see, hear, feel, taste and smell, in short, experience it.
Our core values are: customer focus, hospitality, sustainability, family feeling, small scale, love for nature.
Over the next five years, we wish to enthuse visitors over our beautiful region. We do this by addressing their five senses. The vastness of the views you see from our two balconies, the "sound of silence" you really become aware, the unique "smells" of the countryside you can sometimes enjoy, that tasty artisan regional products that are offered for sale. We hope to let visitors experience the "Westhoek feeling" and in particular the Heuvelland feeling.
